​Established in 2006 Eagle Corporate Finance is an independent Australian accounting and corporate advisory firm.

 

Our focus is to build long term relationships with our clients based on trust, honesty, commitment and quality service.

 

We have taken many new clients through corporate advisory, advising and setting up the appropriate structures to a purchase  a new business, due diligence and commercial contract review when buying the business.   Closing the purchase then implementing a cloud based accounting system to manage and meet all compliance issues going forward.  We then follow this with ongoing strategy and advice to maximise the value of the business.
