Nicholas Eagle

Nicholas has in excess of 30 years experience in the Australian finance industry specifically in the areas of accounting, finance (leasing, hire purchase, and structured equipment finance), private equity transactions, start-ups and business sales.

Nicholas’s previous role prior to the establishment of  this business was as Chief Operating Officer of a public company where he completed private equity transactions and business sales.  During this period Nicholas was also involved in capital raisings through a network of professional / sophisticated investors.

His 15 years of finance experience has been as a lender with BankWest in their equipment finance division and with RentWorks in a treasury role. Nicholas’s experience also includes consulting to the Western Australian Government for the establishment of their IT operating lease programs.
