We have conducted due diligence on hundreds of different companies from diverse industries including plastics, mining contractors, manufacturing, pearling, aviation, hire business, self-storage in the capacity of a finance broker/lender and then while providing private equity.
We have a system to ensure that all of the areas of the business are examined and appropriate legal advice is sought before committing and closing the transaction. We have long term relationships with lawyers that we have successfully closed transactions.
We have complete sales of businesses in the range of $300,000 to $14M with our preferred range being from $2.5M to $5M. We have worked with business owners for many months preparing the business for sale ensuring that all of the issues are covered and the sale is concluded.
